Effective member of CBEXs - Brazilian College of Health Executives, Administrative Director of FBAH - Brazilian Federation of Hospital Administrators, Mentor of Health Angels BR and Counselor of some institutions, currently are dedicated exclusively to NIMGenetics Brazil, where works as Commercial Director.

Renata Barbosa

Bachelor's degree in law from the Metropolitan University of Santos, specialized in health business development, she worked for 10 years in the medical devices area, where had the opportunity to negotiate with the main public and private hospitals in Brazil.

Participated in an international project in supplementary healthcare management in the African continent, currently is struggling to change our healthcare system, in a way that the available resources can provide better results for our population.




Renata Silva

Graduated in Computer Science from Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from FAAP, she started her career in the newspaper Folha da Manhã, from Grupo Abril, and later worked for about 20 years at Xerox Corporation.

At H.Health Brazil is responsible for making our ideas successful.

More than 1000 Startup companies evaluated, having invested in more than 10 of them. Accompanied more than 50 Startup Due Dilligences and participated in more than 40 jurors in Startups events, involving companies like Endeavor, Biominas, Oxygen, ACE, Insper, Artemisia, and others.




Renato Chiodaro

Has built his professional career with a strong presence in M&A, corporate restructuring, foreign investment and corporate governance.

Started his career at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and was partner at De Vivo, Whitaker and Castro Advogados for 13 years. Joined the Fiscal Committee of Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S/A between 2007 and 2008. Participated in the structuring and implementation of several outstanding transactions in the national scenario. M&A Award in 2014 and recognized by Best Lawyers® in 2014 and 2015.

Professor in MBA courses, in which approaches the subjects of finance and taxes, entrepreneurship and business law. Visiting professor at the Legislative Assembly of the State of São Paulo.

Lawyer graduated by PUC-SP, with specialization in Business Planning and Control by FAAP. Certified by IBGC to act as Board Member. MBA in Collaborative Leadership and Business Teaching and Post MBA in Corporate Governance and Valuation by B.I. International, with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and innovation from the University of California-Berkeley.
